Courier scans, our calls and buyer replies, in order.
Your call, any time
Change an address or send orders back yourself, one at a time or many at once.

What our team does after a failed attempt
Four things we do to save the order
- 01
We question the attempt
We ask the courier for a call log, GPS point or doorstep photo.
- 02
We see it within minutes
The attempt reaches our desk as the courier logs it, not in an evening spreadsheet.
- 03
We call your buyer
We call to agree a new slot or address.
- 04
Fewer orders back as RTO
No proof means a reattempt, not a return. Fewer orders come back.

FAQ
NDR and fake delivery questions
What is NDR in courier?
NDR (non-delivery report) is the courier’s note that an order couldn’t be delivered. If it still isn’t delivered after the attempts, it goes back to you. That return is RTO (return to origin).
What is a fake delivery attempt?
It’s when a courier marks an order “buyer not available” or “refused” without really trying. That’s why we ask for proof: a call log, GPS point or doorstep photo.
How does Logibuddy handle a failed delivery?
Our team checks the courier’s proof, calls your buyer to fix the slot or address, and books the reattempt within [X] hours.
Do I pay RTO charges if the courier didn’t really try?
No. If the courier can’t show proof of the attempt, we push a reattempt and you don’t pay for the return.
How quickly do you act on an NDR?
We see it as soon as the courier records it, usually within minutes. The reattempt is booked within [X] hours.
When does my buyer hear from you?
Right after the failed attempt. We call your buyer, and the reattempt is booked within [X] hours.
Can I handle an NDR myself?
Yes. Ask for a reattempt, change the address or phone, or send it back, from your account or by calling us.
Does NDR handling cost extra?
No. There’s no NDR fee: you pay for the shipment, and chasing proof, calling your buyer and booking the reattempt come with it.
