Domestic shipping questions

How fast will my parcel arrive?

It depends on the zone. Every parcel is tracked scan by scan, so you always know where it is.

Do you pick up from my home?

Yes. Book a pickup and we collect from your saved address, home or shop.

How is weight charged?

By the higher of actual weight and box size (L × B × H in cm ÷ 3,857), in weight bands. Extra weight is charged only with a scale photo.

Which courier carries my parcel?

Logibuddy. You book with us, and we pick up, deliver and handle any problem on the way. There’s no courier to choose.

When do I get my COD money?

Twice a week, [X] days after delivery, straight to your bank, free.

What if my buyer isn’t home or refuses the parcel?

We contact your buyer and book another delivery try within [X] hours, so fewer orders come back as RTO.

Is there a minimum number of orders?

No. Ship one order or thousands, with no monthly fee.

Can I talk to a real person?

Yes, every seller can. Call or WhatsApp [number], [hours].

How long does sign-up take?
