Is the dashboard really free?

Yes. The dashboard and every feature on this page come free with every account. You pay only for the shipments you book.

Do I need a website?

No. Add orders by hand or upload a file. Instagram and WhatsApp sellers book pickups from their phone.

Which stores does it work with?

Any store that can export orders as a CSV, including Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon and Flipkart. Export your pending orders and upload them in one go. There’s no app to install in your store.

Can I ship from more than one address?

Yes. Save each pickup address once, then pick one for each order when you book.

Is there an API?

For business accounts, on request. Talk to us and we’ll set up API access with you.

How long does it take to start?

Sign up, finish KYC in about [X] minutes and upload your orders. Then book your first order.

Is there a mobile app?

There’s nothing to install. The dashboard is built for phones: open it in your phone’s browser and book, track and recharge from there.
