What your price is made of
Four things set every price: the zone, the weight, how the buyer pays and how fast it goes.

Five zones, from within your city to the north-east and islands. The closer, the cheaper.
- Weight: real or box, whichever is more
Charged by weight band: up to 250 g, 500 g, 1 kg, 2 kg, 5 kg, then each kg above. A big, light box is charged by its size.
- Payment: prepaid or COD
COD adds a fee for collecting the cash. Prepaid orders don’t pay it.

Shipping charges: questions sellers ask
Is this the price I’ll actually pay?
Yes, for the weight and box size you enter: it comes straight from our live rate card. If the parcel turns out heavier or bigger at our hub, the price for the heavier weight applies, and you’ll see the photo and scan that show it.
How are courier charges calculated?
By the zone between the two pincodes and the chargeable weight. Chargeable weight is the higher of the real and volumetric weight. GST at 18% is added on top, and the total is what you pay.
What is the courier charge per kg?
Prices go by weight bands: up to 250 g, 500 g, 1 kg, 2 kg and 5 kg, then a set price for each kg above that. The rate card on the pricing page shows every band for every zone.
Why is my box charged more than it weighs?
Shipping is charged for the space a box takes, called volumetric weight: L × W × H in cm ÷ 3,857. If that’s more than the real weight, you pay for the box size. Check yours with the volumetric weight calculator.
Is GST included?
Yes. Every price shows GST at 18% as its own line in the bill, and the big number is the total you pay.
What does cash on delivery cost?
Nothing extra: a COD parcel costs the same as a prepaid one. COD money is paid out twice a week.
What if a delivery fails and the parcel comes back (RTO)?
We tell you straight away so you can ask for another try. If the parcel comes back to you, the return costs the same as the forward shipping.

Can I check international shipping rates here?
No. Logibuddy ships within India only: parcels, B2B cargo and same-day delivery within a city.
How do you know the arrival date?
From our usual delivery days for your zone, counted from pickup. It’s an estimate: holidays and bad weather can add a day.

Logibuddy. You book with us and we handle the pickup, the delivery and any problem on the way, so there’s no courier to choose and one price to pay.
