We don’t publish a fixed table. Every parcel is priced live for its route, weight and box size, so the price you see is today’s, and it’s the price you’re charged when you book.

Questions about rates and charges
How is my shipping price worked out?
Live, for each parcel: the courier price for your two pincodes and billed weight, worked out the moment you ask. Billed weight is the higher of the actual weight and the box size (L × B × H in cm ÷ 5000). Freight, fuel and any courier surcharge each get their own line, then GST.
Why isn’t there a fixed rate card?
Courier charges move with fuel prices and the season. Pricing every parcel live means the price you see is always today’s, never an old table. Enter your route in the calculator for the exact figure.
Is GST included?
Yes. The calculator and your invoice show GST (18%) as its own line, and the total is exactly what you pay.
What does COD cost?
The COD fee is at least ₹40 or 2% of the COD amount (whichever is higher), shown in your price before you book, plus GST. It’s refunded if the parcel comes back to you, and payouts are free. A parcel can collect up to ₹50,000.
What if a parcel is lost or damaged?
We pay what you declared for it, up to ₹2,000 per parcel, and refund the shipping. Claims need photos or a video within 72 hours of delivery. See our terms for the details.
Is there a minimum?
No. There’s no monthly fee and no minimum number of orders.
How do I pay for shipping?
Recharge your wallet and each shipment is deducted when you book it. A cancelled booking goes straight back to your wallet.
What if my parcel is found to be heavier?
You see the scale photo first. If you disagree, we settle the dispute within 7 days.
When does my COD money arrive?
Twice a week, on Tuesday and Friday, 2 days after delivery. There is no fee for it.
What does a returned parcel (RTO) cost?
If a parcel comes back to you, the return is charged at the same rate as its forward shipping. It’s only charged when a parcel actually comes back.
Do you ship outside India?
No. We ship within India only: parcels, B2B cargo, and same-day in [cities].
