From one docket to a
whole control tower
Logibuddy grew the way an operation does — one connected step at a time. Here is the honest version of how the platform came to be.
The journey
How it came together
Each step built on the last — order carries real meaning here.
The problem
Watching operators fight their tools
Logibuddy started with a simple observation on the ground: courier and 3PL teams were running real operations on a patchwork of spreadsheets, WhatsApp updates and disconnected apps. Bookings, tracking, stock and billing never quite agreed.
The first build
One connected shipment path
We began where the pain was sharpest — the docket. Booking to pickup to forwarding to proof of delivery, with each stage writing to the next. Getting that spine right meant status, registers and invoices could finally reconcile.
Masters & records
The record operators already ask for
Customers, consignors, warehouses, vehicles, tariffs, pincodes, TATs, HSN and tax became shared masters behind the whole system. On top of them we built the registers and MIS that ops and finance teams need at month end.
Warehouse
Adding stock to the picture
We extended the platform into the warehouse: inward and outward stock, storage locations, SKU-level product masters, per-customer stock overviews and low-stock and expiry alerts — all under the same login.
Integration
Connecting to the carrier network
A live Delhivery integration, configurable docket-upload, email and notifications, a developer API and automated backups tied the platform into the wider carrier and back-office world.
Today
A control tower for the operation
Logibuddy now covers the shipment lifecycle, warehouse, records, workforce and a customer portal — one system 3PL, courier, B2C and warehouse teams can run their day on. We keep building alongside the operators who use it.
Why domestic-first
Built for the way freight
actually moves here
Branches, linehaul runs, COD and the last mile — Logibuddy is designed around domestic operations, not adapted to them afterwards.
Where it landed
One screen that ties it together
Every step above rolls up into a single command view — dockets, deliveries and a 30-day trend, all in one place.
