AWB (Air Waybill)

The tracking number a carrier assigns to a shipment. In Logibuddy you can search by your docket number, a vendor docket or a carrier AWB such as Delhivery’s.

Booking register

A branch-and-route report of every shipment booked, with pickup, transit, delivery and TAT fields, exportable for finance and ops.

B2C fulfilment

Direct-to-consumer delivery — order intake through last-mile drop and returns, with the customer notified along the way.

Consignor / Consignee

The sender (consignor) and receiver (consignee) on a shipment. Both are managed as masters and reused across dockets.

Docket

The core shipment record — consignor, consignee, mode, packing and charges. Everything downstream (manifests, run sheets, POD) hangs off the docket.

Forwarding

Handing a shipment to a partner carrier for onward movement, kept under the same docket trail.

HSN

Harmonised System of Nomenclature code used for tax classification of goods, held in the HSN master.

Inward / Outward stock

Warehouse receipts (inward) and dispatches (outward). Each movement draws on the right customer, product and location.

Manifest

A grouping of dockets by branch, mode and vendor for line-haul and handover, with its own register.

MIS

Management Information System reporting — the operational summaries and exports your team runs the business on.

Pincode / TAT

Serviceable pincodes and their Turn-Around-Time expectations, held as masters and used to verify serviceability and measure performance.

POD (Proof of Delivery)

The evidence a shipment was delivered, captured against a docket, with a pending-POD report to chase gaps.

Run sheet

The pickup or delivery worklist put in a rider’s hands for the day.

RTO (Return to Origin)

A shipment sent back to the sender. Handled as a tracked flow so returns are never lost.

Sales-invoice register

The billing that falls out of operations — charges captured during the day, rolled up per client and branch.

SKU

Stock Keeping Unit — a uniquely identified product in the WMS, with unit, price and category.
