The agreement
These terms govern your use of the Logibuddy logistics operations platform, including the website and the application at app.logibuddy.com. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms on behalf of your organisation. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Accounts
You are responsible for the users you invite, the roles and branch access you grant them, and for keeping login credentials secure. Use the platform's role-based permissions to give each person only the access they need. Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised.
Subscriptions and billing
- Paid plans are billed in advance for the period you choose, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
- Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which are added where required.
- Unless a trial or specific term applies, subscriptions renew for the same period until cancelled.
- You can start on a free trial where offered; no charge applies until the trial ends and you continue.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the platform to store or transmit unlawful, infringing or harmful content.
- Attempt to breach security, access other customers' data, or disrupt the service.
- Reverse-engineer, resell or sub-licence the platform except as expressly permitted.
- Use the service in a way that violates applicable laws or the rights of others.
Your data
You retain ownership of the operational data you enter — your dockets, customers, stock, workforce records and the rest. You grant Logibuddy the rights needed to host and process that data to provide the service. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for making sure you have the right to upload the data you put into the platform.
Third-party integrations
The platform can connect to services you enable, such as the Delhivery carrier API and email delivery. Those services are governed by their own terms, and their availability is outside our control. You are responsible for the credentials and settings you configure for any integration.
Availability and support
We work to keep the service available and reliable, and we take regular automated backups. From time to time we may carry out maintenance, which we aim to schedule to minimise disruption. Support is provided through the channels described on our contact page.
Intellectual property
Logibuddy and its licensors own all rights in the platform, its software, design and documentation. These terms do not transfer any of those rights to you beyond the right to use the service during your subscription.
Warranties and liability
The service is provided on a commercially reasonable basis. To the extent permitted by law, Logibuddy is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, revenue or data beyond what the law requires. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Termination
You may stop using the service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached or if required by law. On termination we will make your data available for export for a reasonable period, after which it may be deleted in line with the Privacy Policy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the platform develops. When we make a material change we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you in the application. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
